This year`s Girl`s Day was a very special one for ISGUS GmbH and the participants! Due to the Corona Pandemic, the Girls`s Day took place at ISGUS for the first time in three years. Four young ladies gained numerous insights into professional life at this year's 20th Girl's Day and informed themselves for one day at ISGUS GmbH about the so-called "MINT" professions. This stands for mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology.
These four subject areas play an important role in the development and production of ISGUS systems for Workforce Management. ISGUS stands for innovation, dynamism and competence in the field of Time & Attendance and looks back on more than 130 years of company history at the Villingen-Schwenningen site. More than 15,000 customers worldwide trust in the state-of-the-art ZEUS® software solution from ISGUS.
This year's Girl's Day started with an exciting introduction by Oliver Kühling from the internal sales department through the in-house museum. This was followed by software development and the participants got to know the modules of the ZEUS® software solution in more detail. This was followed by an insight into Technical Support, which is responsible for providing competent advice and support to ISGUS branches and customers at home and abroad. Finally, the practical reference followed in the terminal production and in the test field. Here, the four young ladies had the opportunity to accompany the hardware products of ISGUS during their development. Currently, ISGUS GmbH trains about 15 apprentices and students and offers them a varied daily work routine. Following the successfully completed training/studies, ISGUS offers a secure and modern workplace, because the well-being of the employees has top priority for ISGUS GmbH.
Together we look back on a successful Girl`s Day and look forward to next year!
